Service / Breakdown
24 hour roadside assistance is provided free of charge with the NRMA.
Gold Coast Deliveries
We can either transfer you to our office in Kingscliff or Tweed Heads. For collection of the vehicle we can have the vehicle available at the airport on your arrival.
Airport Transfers
We collect you from the airport and return you to our office in Tweed Heads or Kingscliff. For collection of the vehicle and return you to the airport on completion for a cost of from $45 each way. Includes the whole family (maximum 7 people).
Airport Deliveries
(Gold Coast Airport,Coolangatta Only) You collect the vehicle on arrival at the airport and drop off on return for a cost of from $35 each way.
Where To Meet
On arrival we meet you at the arrivals pick up point outside the terminal. Our representative will call your mobile and arrange to collect you at the kerbside ensuring you recieve your vehicle and provide you with any directions or assitance you may need to travel to your destination.
Extras
A selection of approved reversible baby seats and booster seats available for children of all ages. The rates for baby capsules or baby seats is $5 per day with a maximum of $25 per rental or for booster seats $5 per day with a maximum of $15 per rental. GPS NAVIGATION UNITS are available for rent at $10 per day
Cancellation
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
More than 7 days notice - $50 cancellation fee
24 hours - 7 days - $100 cancellation fee
Within 24 hours or fail to arrive / collect vehicle - up to full cost of charges
Late delayed flights may incur additional charges.
Christmas period bookings 20th December - 10th January if cancelled within 14 days will incur full cost of charges.
